Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Summer Wind Mahjong items. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
